Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of personnel, equipment, property and inventory of the facility. Developing and maintaining a great team work oriented environment, preserving employee morale, and providing a safe work environment. Recruiting, hiring, coaching, disciplining, and training of employees. Improving branch operating procedures, maximizing efficiency and productivity; by analyzing current systems, modifying, creating, and/or eliminating processes.
