Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Total Compensation is an integral part of the People and Culture team responsible for the day-to-day management of the University's payroll, pension and benefits program. The Assistant Manager is responsible for leading a team of Total Compensation Specialists in ensuring accurate employee set up/data entry in the HRIS and oversight and management of payroll for both hourly and salary employees while meeting departmental service standards.
