Job Description
As an e-Commerce Specialist supporting the Aftermarket Parts business, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall product catalog on NCS’s e-commerce platform by ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information, prices, visuals and manuals. Additionally, you will lead the redevelopment and ongoing maintenance of written communication elements related to the end-to-end e-Commerce customer journey, such as ‘Account Creation’, ‘Part Order Creation’, ‘Order Shipment & Tracking’ and similar types of confirmation emails. Successful candidates will be tech-savvy, detail oriented and enjoy going back and forth between the online and physical worlds (i.e., online store vs. warehouse), with the ability to react and multitask in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment.
