Culture Engagement Strategist

The Culture Engagement Strategist is responsible for shaping one of the most dynamic cultures in the mortgage industry and is to be the voice, vibe, and vision of our culture both inside and outside our walls. This individual must be able to travel to markets along the East Coast (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida). Applicants must reside in one of our operating markets: Virginia or North Carolina and must be able to travel within the markets. Mortgage experience is required.
