Hourly: $18.00 | Reports to: Senior Human Resources Generalist | FLSA: Nonexempt | Location: On site

Position Summary
The Team Member Services Attendant supports team readiness and well being by managing uniform and garment services, operating the team member break room, and performing related operational and administrative tasks. This role ensures staff receive clean, correctly fitted uniforms and a safe, welcoming break area while maintaining accurate inventory, recordkeeping, and compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. The Attendant partners with People & Culture, Operations, Facilities, and Housekeeping and reports to the Senior Human Resources Generalist.

Essential Job Functions

Uniform Attendant

  • Maintain a clean, organized uniform room and secure storage of team uniforms and accessories.
  • Receive, inspect, and return uniforms on schedule; coordinate with the housekeeping team to wash uniforms. 
  • Perform monthly inventory counts at the end of the month; track inventory levels and report shortages or damage.
  • Issue uniforms, name badges, and garment bags to new hires; conduct fit sessions and document issued items.
  • Return laundered items to proper garment bags and maintain accurate issuance/return records.
  • Coordinate minor alterations or pinning as needed; escalate tailoring needs beyond scope to HR/management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and adhere to hotel laundry/hygiene protocols.

Break Room & Team Amenities

Maintain break room cleanliness, organization, and inventory of stocked items (beverages, snacks, disposables).

Replenish food/beverage offerings and supplies according to safety and labeling standards.

Ensure appliances, microwaves, refrigerators, and pantries are clean and functioning; report needed repairs.

Enforce food safety, sanitation, and allergen labeling procedures

Set up and break down team meal service or small staff events as requested.

Perform other duties as assigned to support team member services and hotel operations.

Receiving:

Receive and sign for packages delivered to the hotel.

Deliver packages to the appropriate departments.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently lift/carry up to 35 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs without assistance.

Ability to crouch, bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions (folding, sewing).

Work is primarily indoors in laundry/stock/break room areas; may be exposed to cleaning chemicals and hot equipment.

Hours & Schedule

Regular schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday (full time).

Flexible availability to support team needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Includes unpaid meal break and paid rest breaks as required by law and hotel policy.
