Preventive Maintenance Service Supervisor - Earthmoving

The Preventive Maintenance (PM) Service Supervisor is responsible for serving as team lead for 8-12 PM technicians.  This position is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met at the highest level. The PM Service Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling PM services with our customers, dispatching PM Technicians, approving technician time, and ensure efficient operation of his/her respective region. The PM Service Supervisor will also review Cat Inspect reports and SOS results to help our customers make educated decisions regarding the health of their equipment.
