Field Technician - Marine

Marine Technician A is responsible for the advanced diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and testing of marine equipment and systems to ensure safe, reliable operation. This role requires expert level mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge applied to a wide range of marine vessels and equipment, including diesel engines, propulsion systems, marine gears, auxiliary machinery, power generation systems, and onboard controls. In addition to performing complex repairs, this role provides technical guidance, mentoring, and on the job support to junior and mid level technicians. The position demands strong troubleshooting skills, sound decision making, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
