Job Description
The Commercial Lending Relationship Manager is accountable to lead and grow a consultative origination and service team, the Commercial Lending Relationship function, to produce commercial loans in alignment with Credit Human philosophy and mission. This requires the team to be engaged with the business & non-profit communities to build market equity and identify emerging needs for product development and reform. We will differentiate with high touch service to smaller businesses and non-profits. In doing that, the incumbent must possess leadership qualities that can deliver results and create a cooperative and service-minded culture. In terms of the sales and origination approach, this role will have the latitude to create the sales standards.
