Paint Department Supervisor

Responsible for the efficient operation, organization, and assignment of area by shift at the plant. Plans, organizes, coordinates, and executes activities that carry out production activities and maximize throughput. Expected to perform the following duties of supervision, through assignments and be able to motivate the appropriate employees.
