Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer

The Senior Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Administrator is a technical lead responsible for the design, administration, security, and long-term optimization of the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment. This role owns tenant-level operations and plays a key role in architectural decisions, security posture improvements, and large-scale initiatives affecting identity, collaboration, and compliance. The senior administrator operates with a high degree of autonomy, partners closely with security, infrastructure, and identity teams, and mentor's junior administrators while ensuring Microsoft 365 services remain highly available, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
