Job Description
The Customer Program Specialist II manages end-to-end order execution for production, NPI, and RMA orders, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This role oversees order accuracy, resolves scheduling and shipping blocks, and negotiates changes with customers while maintaining dashboards and ERP data. It also handles commercial responsibilities including quotes, invoicing, claims, and pricing adjustments. By analyzing performance metrics, identifying root causes, and driving corrective actions, the specialist ensures operational alignment, risk mitigation, and strong customer relationships in UCT’s Singapore operations.
