Production Controller II

The Production Controller drives customer demand fulfillment by establishing quarterly and half-yearly build plans, analyzing capacity, and mitigating bottlenecks to ensure on-time delivery. This role coordinates with account operations, materials planning, and cross-functional teams to improve clear-to-build readiness, manage WIP and inventory, and expedite critical shortages. It develops efficient production schedules, reconciles shipment variances, and tracks KPIs including OTD, inventory, and risk mitigation. As a subject matter expert in SAP, the planner supports system implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
