Manager of Applications - Ambulatory Population, Health Interoperability, & Patient Engagement

The Manager of Applications leads the strategic oversight, implementation, optimization, and support of applications in the ambulatory care environment, with a comprehensive focus on interface integration, provider efficiency, patient engagement, and population health outcomes. This role manages a team of analysts and works cross-functionally with clinicians, administrators, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions promote seamless clinical workflows, interoperability, and enhanced patient and provider experiences. This position is responsible for developing and implementing the Information Technology IT strategic plan as it relates to the organizational strategic plan for Kern Medical.
