Bilingual Safety Case Manager (English/Spanish)

The Bilingual Safety Case Manager will service clients referred by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). This position will maintain and strengthen family units by providing in-home services designed to prevent children from entering the foster care system. This individual will work with families to develop strengths, monitor dynamics, provide community resources, and provide general case management services.
