• 100% outpatient practice supported by hospital 
• 4 day work week 
• Practice currently has 2 Physician and 2 APPs 
• Well-established practice with experienced support staff 
• Limited call requirement, phone call only 
• Eligible for SC AHEC Rural Incentive Grant monies
