Responsibilities:

• Respond to members and their guests in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Assists servers and kitchen staff in all areas of food service.
• Maintain exemplary knowledge of restaurant menus, as well as changing promotions and specials.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Friendly and personable
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
• Have a passion for performing your duties to the best of your abilities, and you’re able to adapt and improve where necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Ability to think on your feet and make decisions when needed
• Ability to be on your feet up to 8 hrs
