Position Overview
The Tiki Table Host is the first point of contact for guests and sets the tone for a fun, welcoming, island‑inspired experience. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing tiki table reservations, coordinating seating, and ensuring each guest feels transported to a relaxed tropical atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities

Warm Guest Welcome — Greet guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and introduce them to the tiki‑themed experience.

Reservation & Seating Management — Organize reservations, walk‑ins, and waitlists while ensuring efficient table turnover and balanced server sections.

Tiki Table Presentation — Ensure tiki tables are clean, staged, and visually appealing, including décor, lighting, and themed elements.

Guest Flow Coordination — Communicate with servers, bartenders, and management to maintain smooth service and minimize wait times.

Menu & Experience Guidance — Provide guests with basic menu knowledge, highlight specials, and answer questions about the venue’s tropical theme or events.

Customer Service Support — Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when needed.
