Responsibilities
- Possess attention to detail and excellent focus
- Feels comfortable caring for others and keeping them safe
- Has strong communication skills and a welcoming, cheery, and warm personality
- Is reliable and dedicated
- Maintain constant surveillance to ensure guest safety
- Communicate with guests and other lifeguards to increase awareness of guest activity
- Ability to handle situations calmly
- Provide emergency care and treatment as needed
- Additional duties as assigned including closing duties
Requirements
- Excellent level of concentration and focus
- Ability to work well with a team and individually
- Self-starter and have ability to acknowledge and report issues swiftly
- Minimum age of 14
- Strong communication skills, especially in the case of an emergency
