Job Description
Purpose of the Position Leads, motivates and develops a technical team of maintenance employees to perform equipment repair and preventative maintenance procedures. Works to drive losses out of our systems, create consistent standard approaches and achieve production results while improving individual skills and enhancing teamwork.
