Clinical Care Partner - Retirement

Reporting to the Director, Clinical Services – Retirement, the Clinical Care Partner is responsible for supporting and advancing clinical, wellness, infection prevention and control (IPAC), and quality assurance practices across Retirement communities, including Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care. This role provides field-based clinical leadership and support to community teams, working in close partnership with General Managers, Directors of Wellness (DOW), and operational leaders to ensure care delivery meets organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and evolving resident needs.
