Core Competencies & Expertise
- Warehouse operations leadership with focus on safety, performance, and labor management
- Ability to monitor and achieve production goals (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably SAP)
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- Effective coaching, feedback, and performance management of associates
- Time record validation and workforce scheduling
Preferred Competencies & Skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and listening
- Multi-tasking abilities with attention to quality and accuracy
- Team morale building through engagement and recognition initiatives
- Ability to physically support warehouse activities when required
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role
- Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems
- Ability to stand and walk up to 80% of the time
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the distribution center
- Ability to support warehouse tasks with direct labor when needed
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
