Job Title: Security Officers (Residential)
Job Summary
We are seeking professional Security Officers for an indoor residential building in New York. Officers must maintain a strong, visible presence and provide customer-focused security services while enforcing property rules and procedures.
Pay Rate

$17.50 per hour
Schedule (Weekend Shifts)

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
-
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
-
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

Access Control: Ensure safety protocols for guests and customers.

Policy Enforcement: Uphold client and company policies and procedures.

Safety Monitoring: Observe and report fire and safety hazards.

Patrols: Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds.

Incident Reporting: Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.

Public Interaction: Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.

Report Writing: Document incidents and observations accurately.

Additional Duties: Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.

Valid NYS Security Guard License (current)

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods

Reliable weekend availability

Clean appearance and adherence to uniform standards

Prior residential or concierge security experience preferred
