Supervises a team of virtual Behavioral Health Therapists across the organization by providing operational and clinical oversight.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides supervisory, operational and clinical oversight to a team of behavioral health therapists.
- Responsible for group and individual training for new hire onboarding, professional development, and other skills.
- Reviews recorded calls and patient charts to ensure clinical quality and documentation. Follows-up on opportunities for improvement.
- Partners with leadership and team members to identify areas of improvement, develop change plans and implement plans.
- Maintains and updates workflows and training materials.
- Provides input for hiring, training, leading, and evaluating staff.
- Assumes manager tasks in the absence of the manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field
EXPERIENCE
- Four years' experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent reaching, sitting, standing and walking.
- Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more).
- Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
- Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
- Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, twisting and gripping.
- Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
- Occasional use of vision to identify and distinguish colors.
- Occasional driving.
- Rare repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements and squatting.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL LICENSE AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS
