Job Description

ROLE:   The Documentation Support Coordinator is responsible for requesting and the preliminary review of medical record documentation to support compliance audits, organizational risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring activities.  The Documentation Support Coordinator is also responsible for completing information gathering for internal risk management and audit processes.
