What You’ll Do
As a Regional Manager, you will oversee multi‑market EMS operations with a focus on inter‑facility transport. Your leadership will directly influence service quality, operational efficiency, and customer partnerships.
You will:
- Provide strategic oversight of EMS operations across your assigned region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and performance expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Operations Managers and field leaders to build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Drive regional growth by expanding service lines, strengthening relationships with healthcare systems, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to implement data‑driven strategies that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare partners, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and strengthen long‑term partnerships.
- Conduct customer partnership reviews, track KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and gather actionable feedback.
- Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies to support sustainable regional operations.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational risk to ensure financial stability and service excellence.
- Champion quality assurance initiatives and lead regional responses to audits, inspections, and incident reviews.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of progressive EMS leadership experience, including multi‑site or regional oversight.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Deep understanding of EMS protocols, compliance standards, and healthcare partnerships.
- Certified EMT or Paramedic (state‑specific); NREMT required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
