Job Description
The Production Team Lead in the Welding department will provide support to the Welding Supervisor in achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals in safety, quality, accuracy and production. The Production Team Lead will be responsible for expediting jobs through the manufacturing process by maximizing resources while reducing scrap/rework. This position will focus on managing workflow, providing technical support, and training staff, rather than performing hands-on production work.
