Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance, safety, and appearance of the facility to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Duties include managing preventative maintenance programs, coordinating repairs, supervising maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, monitoring HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems, and maintaining facility equipment and grounds. The Maintenance Director also responds to emergency maintenance issues, works closely with department leaders, and ensures all operations support quality resident care and regulatory standards.
