Job Description

Job Description
Analyst will be responsible for performing KYC/AML due diligence on existing and new customers. This will entail working with various departments within Elavon and liaising directly with customers to ensure that we meet our regulatory requirements in the Jurisdictions we operate in across the EU.

Successful candidates should have strong investigative skills and knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential as they will also provide support to our Customer Due Diligence Quality Assurance Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis and Gathering of KYC documentation of existing and prospective customers to ensure that they meet current AML standards;

  • Raising Suspicious Activity Reports whenever required;

  • Close cooperation with Compliance teams on AML matters;

  • Close cooperation with CAM/RM/Premier teams;

  • Support internal teams on projects as and when needed;

  • Support projects on Webkyc environment (discrepancies, closed child MIDs, data inconsistency).

  • Perform periodic quality assurance checks on analysts’ reviews;

  • Identify errors, address them and verify that corrective actions are properly implemented.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English – both oral and written communication skills is a must;

  • Good knowledge of other European languages (Dutch, German, Norwegian, Polish & Swedish ) would be an advantage;

  • At least 2 years experience in AML;

  • Customer service experience would be an advantage;

  • Flexibility and administrative accuracy is essential;

  • Credit cards’ market experience or security background would be an additional asset;

  • Good MS Office skills;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify errors and communicate findings to analysts in a clear, polite, and professional manner.

Additional information:

  • The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
