Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Leasing Specialist to drive leasing of company-owned commercial properties. This owner-side role is ideal for a proven leasing professional with 3+ years of experience, a strong record of closing deals, and a deep understanding of commercial lease structures. You will manage tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, and portfolio occupancy optimization, directly contributing to revenue growth and property performance nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lease company-owned commercial properties to qualified tenants
- Source and qualify tenant leads through outreach and inbound channels
- Conduct property tours and present tailored leasing solutions
- Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and concessions
- Prepare and execute LOIs and lease agreements
- Manage tenant onboarding and transition
- Track leasing KPIs, pipeline activity, and occupancy performance
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to position assets competitively

Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial leasing or property management experience
- Proven track record of executed lease deals
- Strong negotiation and client-facing skills
- Knowledge of NNN, Gross, and Modified Gross lease structures
- Certifications (RPA, CPM, SIOR, CCIM) preferred
- Owner-side leasing experience is a plus
