Patient Experience Greeter

Job Description:

• To greet and provide assistance to patients and visitors at all times
• To keep track of lost and found items
• Escorts visitors/interviews to administrators floors.
• Responsible for keeping fire zone clear
• Responds appropriately to provide assistance in both not emergency and emergency situations

Hours needed are:

 Sunday 2pm-1245am / Monday and Tuesday 4:30pm-12:45am / Wednesday and Thursday off / Friday 4:00pm- 8:15pm / Saturday - 5pm-12:45am

 

Job Requirements:

• Prior security or front desk experience
• security experience a plus
• People oriented , hospitality and customer satisfaction
• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of emergency protocols
• General knowledge of health care operations and is able to make a decision in emergency situations.
• Highly professional individual with excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
