The base village will include the development of multiple ski lifts, ski-in/ski-out estate lots, distinguished townhomes and chalets, and the adjoining ski lands will have an array of new ski lift and gondolas. This luxury resort village with over 20,000 square-feet of commercial space will set the new standard for excellence among the world’s alpine resorts.

 

 

Summary of Responsibilities:

Oversees and manages several offices, provides administrative support, schedules and enacts meetings and tours, administratively assists various VPs, schedules and organizes internal and external events, etc.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Perform administrative and office support activities
  • Oversees office management and IT coordination
    • Ensures facilities and systems are properly working
  • Manages inventory and the replenishment of office and kitchen supplies
  • Ensure office equipment is fully equipped to include paper and toner is sufficiently stocked
  • Ensures offices are cleaned and HR notices posted
  • Oversee and manage security contractor and staff parking
  • Schedules various department and staff meetings, as well as manages conference rooms
  • Creates staff memos and circulates HR notices
  • Responds to general development questions and requests for information
  • Arranges, inputs, and manages Utah’s internal properties’ lodging for staff and vendors
  • Organizes staff functions
  • Compiles credit cards reconciliations
  • Aids with staff travels; e.g., bookings, expenses, etc.
  • Picks up mail from post office, and creates labels and ships FedEx and USPS packages
  • Tours EB5 prospects
  • Assist with administrative task, reports, and special projects
  • Performs any additional duties assigned by manager

Education/Experience Preferences:

  • High school diploma required; Associates degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in comparable position
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Basic knowledge on how to operate standard office equipment as copier, stamp machine, etc.
