What You’ll Do
- Inspect, diagnose, and recondition used vehicles
- Perform repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Complete Virginia State Inspections
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Ensure vehicles are front-line ready for sale
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to diagnose and repair efficiently
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Takes ownership and accountability for work
- Ability to successfully pass background check and drug screen.
- Ford experience preferred (not required)
- Valid Virginia State Inspection License (required)
