The KWH & Teka KAM will manage the planning and execution of the yearly sales forecast. This person will create strategies to introduce Midea products to new clients and increase market share in the Colombian market. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

 

What you will do?

• Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the achievement of PD sales targets.

• Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, prepare insights and regular reports to inform sales strategies in the clients.

• Channel Expansion: Opening of new clients driven by the new water heaters portfolio. Implementation of TEKA and KWH furniture to increase brand visibility.

• Channel & Partner Coordination: Collaborate with distributors, dealers, and regional partners to ensure effective execution of co-marketing initiatives and consistent brand representation.

 

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2C & B2B, industrial, or technical products. KWH experience is a plus.

• Strong project coordination and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tracking KPIs and campaign performance.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, email platforms) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
