What you will do:

 - Assume branch manager responsibilities in their absence, ensuring smooth daily operations 

- Champion a safety-oriented culture by ensuring all employees understand and strictly follow safety protocols 

- Ensure compliance with audit procedures and regulations, including daily cash drawer maintenance and financial accounting 

- Optimize warehouse and store layout for efficiency, and schedule equipment maintenance as needed 

- Create and update schedules; review and approve employee hours 

- Provide training and support to all branch employees, fostering a customer-centric approach and exceeding service expectations 

What you will bring:

- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school (relevant experience may be substituted) 

- Previous operational experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or a related industry 

- Experience supervising and leading teams 

- Knowledge and experience in exterior logistics 

- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, personal growth, and a strong work ethic
