
Business Enablement and Data Insights Manager
Job Description
This role leads the Business Enablement and Data Insight function to drive smarter, faster, and more scalable decision-making across Product & Marketing team.
The position combines process optimization, cross-functional execution, and data-driven insights to enhance business performance, improve efficiency, and support strategic growth.
- Business Enablement & Process Transformation
- Lead end-to-end process optimization across Product & Marketing to improve efficiency and reduce complexity
- Oversee the end-to-end third party managment process, ensuring clear process to ensure timely approvals and execution.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive simplification initiatives
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Operations to ensure scalable and compliant workflows
- Build and manage governance frameworks, SOPs, and execution standards
- Data Insight & Performance Management
- Define key business metrics and build performance tracking frameworks
- Translate data into actionable insights to support product strategy and marketing decisions
- Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps through data analysis
- Partner with data/tech teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities
- Capability Building
- Lead cross-functional strategic capability initiatives
- Define and drive capability roadmap including automation, tools, and data utilization
- Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Develop team capabilities in operational excellence and data-driven thinking
- Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
- 8–12 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, or consulting
- Strong experience in both process optimization and data-driven decision-making
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred
- Ability to translate business problems into data insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on mindset with strategic thinking capability
