Job Description
The GTC Investor Call Center Specialist is responsible for answering a large volume of incoming client calls and replies to client emails.
GoldStar Trust Company is a self-directed IRA Custodian established in 1989. GoldStar is not a fiduciary. Client’s direct investment purchases and sales transactions inside their accounts via submission of specific paperwork. GoldStar’s role is to process the client’s directed asset transactions, produce market value statements and complete tax reporting to the IRS.
