Automotive Sales Manager Opportunity
A well-established automotive dealership is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. This is a key leadership role with strong opportunity to expand volume and build a high-performing team.
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving performance, and developing a team focused on growth and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an environment where they can make a direct impact on increasing sales volume and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive growth initiatives to increase monthly vehicle sales and overall dealership performance
- Desk deals and ensure profitability while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff
- Work closely with Finance and BDC teams to improve conversion and efficiency
- Monitor KPIs including volume, gross, and closing ratios
- Analyze performance reports and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and retention
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of automotive sales management experience
- Proven ability to grow sales volume and improve team performance
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience with CRM and dealership management systems
- Results-driven with a hands-on management style
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
