Commercial Spend Efficiency Specialist

What you’ll do?

• This role in co-operation with Commercial Spend Efficiency Manager,
• responsible for commercial budget optimization/relocation of resources in most efficient way, responsible for acceleration plans for new projects strongly connected to other Customer Excellence functions (Pricing and Revenue, Category, Trade Marketing and Sales),
• monitoring the resource spending and making suggestions to reach higher sales volumes,
• active role in strategic business planning at country level and consolidation of data including monitoring and analysis, calculation of business driver efficiency based on country performance, analysis of market trends, business performance analysis, detection of opportunities and defining of actions for sustainable long-term development in market,
• in charge for reporting & tool development,
• follow up of all customer budget investment and deep dive analysis by Channel, Customer, POC, Category, etc.,
• responsible for evaluation (ROI) of our investment on market and gives guideline for future investments policy and standards.

You need us, if you have:

• university/college degree or relevant work experience,
• minimum 2+ years of experience in similar functions, preferably FMCG,
• university/college degree or relevant work experience,
• advanced excel knowledge,
• clear understanding of all main financial statements,
• understanding of main commercial business drivers,
• demonstrated ability to work successfully with stakeholders,
• strong influencing, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
• problem solving and proactive mindset, Understanding of business and industry,
• contract interpretation skills,
• advanced analytical skills.
