Moore Dryer - Night Shift Resource Pool

7pm-7am Pay Rate: $21.11 +$1.50 Shift Differential GENERAL DUTIES:

· Position functions in many roles on both the Moore Dryer and Fezzer dryer

· Feed the dryers per standard work to ensure smooth operations with no plug ups.

· Grade veneer to the proper grade specs either by manual grading or automatic grading

· Monitor stackers for proper function. Plug ups or jam ups.

· Operates the infeed of the storage chain, feeds the dryer to capacity, and avoids plug-ups.

· Assists in dryer plug-ups and cleans up the area between the green chain and the dryer during down times.

· As a dryer grader the individual must be able to recognize veneer grades.

· Position is responsible for sorting by grade into neatly stacked carts.

· Help fire watch during upset conditions.
