The Vice President, Product Management – Security Solutions is a senior leadership role within the Services Organization, responsible for the strategy, performance, and commercialization of security and fraud focused products and services that uphold ecosystem integrity, compliance, and operational resilience.
This role owns the end to end portfolio across payment resilience and integrity – ensuring strong alignment between global standards, regional needs, customer impact, and network strategy. The VP steers product vision, P&L performance, customer adoption, and operational excellence while serving as a key connector across global product, technology, risk, compliance, and market organizations.
Overview
The Security Solutions Organization delivers technology, standards, and operational frameworks that enable safe, secure, and resilient payments across physical and digital channels. These products leverage global security standards, network intelligence, and advanced assurance methodologies to protect the integrity, continuity, and trust of the payment ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
• Own the Fraud Solutions and Payment Resilience portfolio—strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance.
• Lead an integrated ecosystem of services across fraud, payment continuity, ecosystem assurance, and operational resilience.
• Drive outcomes related to ecosystem security, operational continuity, compliance maturity, and risk reduction.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Strategy Ownership
• Define and own the multi year strategy for Fraud Solutions and Payment Resilience Products.
• Manage the end to end lifecycle: vision, standards alignment, roadmap, investment prioritization, delivery, and performance.
• Establish clear value propositions and differentiation for fraud and resilience products.
• Drive modernization, scalability, and alignment with global network, compliance, and risk frameworks.
Business & P&L Leadership
• Own commercial performance including revenue growth, adoption, margin, and cost efficiency.
• Lead business cases for new products and services and market expansions.
• Set and track KPIs for customer security posture, outcomes, and platform utilization.
• Partner with finance and commercial teams to define investment, pricing, and monetization models.
Customer Impact & Market Leadership
• Lead customer centric design through direct engagement, ecosystem reviews, and structured feedback loops.
• Ensure customers achieve:
o Higher adoption of fraud focused capabilities
o Enhanced payment resilience and business continuity
o Robust risk and threat mitigation outcomes
o Stronger compliance with global and local standards
Organizational Leadership & Influence
• Lead and develop senior leaders across fraud and resilience services.
• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and execution excellence.
• Influence decision making and resource prioritization across cross functional domains.
All About You
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in payments, fraud management or enterprise product management with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading large scale product portfolios with P&L ownership.
• Strong strategic and analytical acumen with the ability to simplify complexity for executives.
• Track record of leading senior cross functional teams in matrixed environments.
• Executive presence and ability to engage regulators, C level stakeholders, and global partners.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, driving transformation, and making high impact decisions.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
