To continue leading in this constantly evolving business environment and to further strengthen our position, development of MC SEND is one of the key strategic priorities of the New Payment Platforms EEMEA Regional team.
As a Senior Specialist, we expect you to act as a strong support for the business owner, managing the long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for the commercialization of SEND in the region.
The role supports go-to-market strategy, business development / sales (including sales force training), while maintaining a constant alignment with the regional NPP product team to guarantee product’s evolutions in line with EEMEA markets’ needs.
Go to Market & Commercial Execution:
• Craft compelling value propositions tailored to priority customer segments across Saudi, Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan markets
• Support business development efforts: pipeline creation, deal shaping, sales training, and partner engagement.
• Evaluate business cases, new business models and partnership opportunities to strengthen our competitive position.
Strategy & Insights
• Drive market analysis and translate insights into impactful commercial and product strategies.
• Select and monitor KPIs that measure commercial success and turn data into actionable insights.
Cross Functional Orchestration
• Work closely with the regional product organization and global New Payment Platforms teams to shape product evolution for targeted market
• Partner with the Customer Solutions Center Lead and other stakeholders to identify, qualify and convert business opportunities.
• Ensure seamless delivery and implementation for customers.
• Monitor and ensure customer success and performance.
Advocacy & Influence
• Serve as an ambassador for Mastercard Send internally and externally.
• Champion the adoption of innovative money movement solutions across the ecosystem.
• Extensive professional experience executing business development across different payment types, technologies and customer segments (banks, fintechs, corporates, merchants, software vendors, governments).
• Experience in Card push / pill payments is required.
• Understanding of market economics and dynamics of FX rates.
• Understanding of the four-party model and alternative payment methods
• Successful track record managing P&L and sales objectives.
• Experience executing strategies into clear action plans.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, proactivity and creativity in solving issues and finding business opportunities.
Ability to complete complex tasks with limited direction and in autonomy. Ambiguity is inspiring.
