This is a temporary position expected to last approximately six (6) months based on organizational needs. Continued employment beyond this timeframe is not guaranteed. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for this position.

Qualifications: State-approved nursing assistant or similar experience, valid driver’s license.
Essential Job Functions:
- Transport residents to and from appointments in a manner conducive to resident safety.
- Assist with loading and unloading residents from the vehicle.
- Ensure that all proper paperwork has been given prior to leaving facility.
- Escort residents to appointments if necessary.
- Responsible for grounds crew duties
- Demonstrates exceptional customer services and interacts effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community.
