Full‑Time | Martinsville, IN

As a Director of Nursing at our Martinsville, Indiana location, you play a critical role in leading and overseeing all aspects of the nursing program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, planning, implementing, and managing nursing services while ensuring compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and credentialing requirements. You will provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to support high‑quality patient care and organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Registered Nurse with a full, unencumbered license in the state of practice
• Two (2) years of management experience leading a team
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Ability to travel within the region as needed

Preferred

• Three (3) years of experience working with chemical addiction and/or mental health disorders, including psychopharmacotherapy

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement, and manage all aspects of the nursing team and nursing services
• Partner with the leadership team to plan and implement orientation, annual training curricula, and ongoing teammate training
• Assist the treatment team in identifying and providing appropriate treatment at the appropriate level of care
• Serve as Health and Safety Officer
• Provide oversight and management of nursing teams and medical care processes
• Maintain compliance with regulations and accrediting body standards governing alcohol and other drug treatment programs
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the Quality Improvement Plan and overall policy compliance
• Participate in monthly clinical meetings, quarterly administrative meetings, and strategic planning meetings
• Lead monthly nursing department meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
