Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents and their families, as well as referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and clinical staff to ensure exceptional resident experiences.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay current with industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to sales and marketing activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth is preferred.
