Job Description
MDU Resources Group, Inc. is a member of the S&P SmallCap 600 index and is based in Bismarck, ND; operating across the Pacific Northwest and Midwest. We are seeking a Human Resources professional with exceptional communication and HRIS/HCM skills to perform a variety of HR generalist functions. This role will focus on supporting the Human Capital Management system including report development, system management, and data analysis. Other duties may include the following areas: benefit administration, recruiting, organizational development, and employee relations.
