Job Description

  • Relevant diploma or certification in Office Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting senior management.

  • Experience in a matrixed or multi-functional environment (e.g. Marketing, Education, Operations).

  • Proven experience in:

    • Diary and travel management

    • Project coordination

    • Event and stakeholder management

    • Basic financial administration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level)

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
