Golf Course F & B Busser/Utility

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform various cleaning tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Washing dishes using dishwasher.
  • Washing pots and pans in three-compartment sink.
  • Cleaning walls.
  • Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Bus tables as assigned.
• Clean and maintain dining room floors, tables, chairs and walls.
• Sort silverware and stock table supplies.
• Keep shelves (utensils, vats, etc.) and bussing station organized.
• Assist with food preparation as required.
• Assist guests as requested.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior food and beverage experience helpful, but not required.
