Overview
Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join our Columbia office. This role supports the firm’s business professional recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with onboarding processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment. They are detail-oriented, collaborative, and demonstrate a strategic mindset in identifying and supporting top talent while upholding recruiting best practices.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably iCIMS, or similar platforms
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
