Wildside is seeking a seasonal Shuttle Driver to operate the park shuttles to transport guests and employees to and from the park. This individual should be knowledgeable of TDOT regulations, value the safety of our guests and employees, and maintain a respectful and positive attitude while on duty.
Responsibilities

Being knowledgeable and comply with all DOT related requirements

Participate in random drug testing
-
Transporting employees to and from the top of the park
-
Help direct guests and employees
-
Being proficient on the different routes to the top of the park
-
Cleanliness of all parts of the vehicles
-
Completing opening/closing procedures and checklists
-
Completing and maintaining daily pre and post vehicle inspections
-
Working with the transportation supervisor and vehicle maintenance tech to maintain upkeep on all vehicles

Documenting any maintenance needs
-
Tracking of visits both up and down the park
-
Be familiar with all products and activities that Wildside has to offer

Other duties as assigned

Current Driver License
-
F endorsement on license required after the first 30 days of employment

Clean 3-year MVR
-
Pre-employment drug screen

Proficient communication skills.

Able to work in all-weather conditions.

Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move materials independently and with team assistance when necessary.

Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead.

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, including on uneven surfaces and stairs.

Ability to safely handle heavy, bulky, or awkward items using proper lifting techniques and assistance as needed.

Capable of working in a physically demanding environment with frequent movement and manual labor activities.
Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 25 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, and crawl
