What You'll Do
- Own long term, top-down demand creation strategies and ensure performance reinforcing steels (PRS) offerings are positioned for maximum commercial success
- Maintain and expand owner and agency specification approvals for assigned products and systems
- Represent the business in external technical forums (DOT committees, industry groups, code/standards working groups) to influence adoption ethically and credibly
- Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for R&D and product enhancement
- Collaborate across lines of business to ensure consistent, accurate communication of product capabilities and limitations
- Actively support lead generation by identifying candidate signature projects to fill the project pipeline
- Support technical capabilities across the commercial team through internal playbooks, competitive comparison guides, demonstrations, & education
What You'll Need
- Location: Remote/Hybrid (with travel to meetings, customers, job sites, and plants). Travel capability (typical 50% depending on project activity and geography)
- 8+ years engineering design, research, or construction. Preferred direct experience influencing infrastructure project stakeholders
Your Education
- Master's degree in civil, structural or other relevant engineering needed
- PE (Professional Engineering) License required
